This week in Preschool....
This week, we will be reviewing shapes along with
our letters of the day. Your child will be making
things with shapes and playing games with them.
We will also be talking about the letters of the
day and learning their sounds. Practice the letter
sounds with your child at home. They know many
songs that we sing all year that help them with
this concept. If it is your snack day, feel free to
send in a snack that starts with the letter of the
day. (Just a suggestion) Remember that your
child may bring in any item that fits in their bag
that starts with the letter of the day. Each
morning, we will make a chart of what each child
brought in. Have a great week!
Bob and All About Me
Bob will be making his way to
your house again. The children
enjoyed his visits that so he
wanted to visit again. this time
he may be staying a little longer.
Please write about his adventure
in his journal.
The All About Me Posters are
great. Remember that you will
get a note the week before your
child's poster is due. We have
them displayed if you would like
to see what some of them look like.
Math Time
We have been trying to do a science
experiment each week and now we
are adding special math activities.
We are starting with sorting and
graphing. If you would like to donate
any of the following items for our
math activities let me know. They are
the following:
Skittles, Spring M & M's, M & M's, Lucky
Charms, Kissables, Trix, Colored
Goldfish, Marshmallow bunnies,
colored marshmallows. Thanks for
your help!!

Reminders
Friday, March 12- Early Dismissal at 11:30
Library is on Thursday. Make sure to send in
your child's book.
Please check your child's notebook each
day for notes and updated on their day!

If you have anything with these shapes, send
them in with your child. Monday: circle
Tuesday: square Wednesday: triangle
Thursday: rectangle
